If a print arrives damaged, please get in touch via our Contact form. We will reply by email so you can send us a photo, which we will need for filing a claim.
You can send the damaged print back to us within 10 days, if you want, but we will send a replacement for free after confirming the damage. (Sending back a print will be at your own cost.)
