The original version of the Millennium Falcon
Colin’s original Millennium Falcon design was intended to simulate an alert lizard with its legs extended. However, while Colin was creating his design, another production company emerged with a spaceship showing a very similar lizard concept. Therefore, Colin’s original design was re-worked by later artists. However, some of Colin’s ideas, such as the WWII style cockpit with gun turrets remained in the final design.
